Martin Tighe, Founder and CEO
Martin Tighe founded Donnelly Communications in 1981 while still in college and has served as its CEO for the past 31 years. An early pioneer in the outsourced contact center industry, he spearheaded the design of proprietary software applications that are easily customized to fit each client’s objectives.
Martin’s focus is on establishing long term partnerships and enabling clients to attract, convert and retain customers. The results are increased brand loyalty and revenue. He fosters a culture of integrity and passion for excellence which radiates throughout the company. Led by Martin’s industry leadership and experience, Donnelly Communications offers the most effective contact center solutions in the industry.

Dennis McMaster, President
Dennis McMaster brings 30 years of business and leadership experience to Donnelly Communications, with 11 years in various roles at the executive level. In 1981, he began his career with Electronic Data Systems and has since served in various senior positions with technology companies. He has led turnaround efforts, the sale of a company, and participated in an initial public offering. Dennis brings a diverse background in sales, marketing and operations, and possesses a passion for building and leading teams that excel in the delivery of products and services.

Todd Guthrie, Chief Financial Officer
Todd Guthrie has been in senior financial executive roles for Atlanta-based manufacturing, distribution, and service companies ranging from start-ups to $300+ million in revenues for over 18 years. He also spent six years as a CPA with KPMG’s Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution practice. Todd’s experience spans public companies and international operations with a special emphasis on high-growth, high-change environments.

Chad Ruff, Technology Advisor
Chad Ruff provides over 17 years of experience in the technology arena and the use and refinement of industry best practices. He previously founded two technology companies focused on developing software applications for medium and large size companies. Chad specializes in custom software applications and implementing cost effective solutions that leverage both new and existing technologies.

Lori Langan, Vice President of Client Services
Lori Langan has worked at Donnelly Communications for nine years and held various positions as the company has grown. As Vice President of Client Services she ensures that our clients’ needs are met and their customers’ experiences serve to build brand loyalty and increase revenue. Lori holds a degree from Georgia Tech and is a Customer Service professional with a focus on client satisfaction.
